- Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front ( %) Rear ( %)
- Replace rear brake pad linings and replace rear brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
- CALIPER – Remove & Replace – Front or Rear,Both Sides – [Includes: Bleed Brake System and replace Pads (if necessary).]
- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – Outer,Both Sides – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion Steering Gear when replacing Inner Tie Rod End(s) on some mode
- Front wheel alignment
- AXLE SHAFT – Remove & Replace – One Side – [Includes: Replace Bearing, Seal and Studs.] – [NOTE: For Independent Suspension Type Axles, this operation consists of removal and installation, dissassembly and reassembly of the Axle Shaft Assembly and replace
